Tout ressortissant français majeur ou mineur ayant l’intention d’utiliser les transports aériens, y compris sur le territoire national, doit disposer d’une carte nationale d’identité ou d’un passeport en cours de validité selon le cas.
Tout enfant mineur, quel que soit son âge, doit disposer de sa propre carte nationale d’identité ou de son propre passeport selon les cas pour se déplacer à l’étranger. Le livret de famille n’est pas suffisant.
Every French national (over or under 18) intending to use air transport including within national territory, must present either a national ID card or a current and valid passport.
Every minor, whatever their age, has to have either a valid ID card or a passport in order to leave the country. The “family book” is not sufficient.
